What is your payment plans?
Our payment plans are either a full payment at once or flexible payment installments. Step one is tosecure your spot on the trip of your choice, simply pay your deposit to confirm your interest! Step two make payments according to your trip schedule. Pay your installments bi-weekly, monthly or at once. Be sure to keep up with your monthly deadlines. Step 3 finish paying off your trip before the final deadline and get ready for your incredible experience.
Do you charge any interest?
We don't charge any interest!
Are there any fees?
Aside from a transaction fee charged to each payment on our site, there is no need to worry about additional fees! With our monthly payment plan, you’ll pay no extra fees and zero interest.
Can I make a payment outside of my payment plan?
If you are having trouble keeping up with payments, please send an email to our support team. If you miss one payment, simply catch up within 14 days of the payment due date. However, if you miss two consecutive payments, you will receive a notice email, after which you may be withdrawn from the plan altogether.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We understand some months can be harder than others. If you need to skip a month, just send us an email and catch up with your monthly payments at a better time. If you miss 2 consecutive monthly payments we will send a notice email as it is important for us to see you making regular payments towards your trip. Missing 2 monthly payments in a row without notice may result in termination from your trip. Be sure to complete all of your monthly payments 30 days before the scheduled trip dates.We're super flexible and we've got you covered! Contact us at least 60 days prior to the scheduled trip date to avoid cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major bank transfers.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION - You can cancel or amend your trip up to 60 days prior to trip departure if no tickets was purchased nor an insurance was taken. Any differences in trip costs between your original and new booking will still be applicable.All trips cancelled less than 60 days before the confirmed departure dates are subject to our cancellation policy.
Kindly note we do not offer any cash refunds for trips cancelled, however, if you do cancel 60 days before your trip we offer a transfer of your balance towards a new experience or destination. If you have booked an experience this may be subject to fees if your accommodation and activities have been booked and are non-refundable from our partners. All deposits and payments are non-refundable however your payments are protected when cancelling you can always hold your payments as a credit or transfer to a future trip of your choice when making a cancellation.
Payments made after your deposit:Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip if no flights were booked nor an insurance was taken.Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
Can I cancel my private trip if hotels and flights are booked?
When you make payments towards your trip, we in turnmake payments for your hotel/villa, activities and more. If you need to cancel or change the dates of your private trip, the first thing our team will do is reach out to the relevant hotels and vendors to request a date change or refund. Please note that we have limited control over the policies of each vendor, and some may be more flexible than others, in any case, we will do our best to negotiate on your behalf. If you cancel a private experience after the hotel has already been booked and paid for, you will be liable for any applicable cancellation terms. We typically negotiate totransfer these balances to a future date to avoid any such costs. Hotel and vendor policies vary consult your travel coordinator for more information.
Do I need travel insurance?
We highly recommend purchasing full coverage, cancel for any reason travel insurance to ensure that you are covered during the trip. we typically provide a full list of travel insurance options for you to choose from, however, purchasing travel insurance is your responsibility.
What options do I have if I want to change my tour?
To support travelers and provide more flexibility, you can transfer your trip balance up to 60 days before departure to another date or trip. Please contact our agents if you are cancelling after 60 days prior to your trip
If I refer a friend, do I get a discount on my trip?
Yes! We have group and referral discounts to make it even easier to afford your trip. Refer a friend and get discount off your trip with us!
